WHO IS PERFORM’S PHOTOSHOOT FOR?

If you feel like you have plateaued with your training, lack accountability & support, and want to set yourself a new goal to further push yourself and achieve new heights, our photoshoot challenge is for you!

This is for intermediate to advanced fitness levels who are serious about improving their physiques. We are looking for experienced gym goers who are motivated and willing to work hard over the course of the 12-week challenge.

This is not about getting shredded at the end of the challenge, the goal is to get in the best shape possible, the challenge is about YOU v’s YOU, the only person you’re beating is your Day 1 photo.

You will be sent a Zoom invite. Please allow 30 minutes for the call. On the call, we’ll assess your current situation, what your goals are & design a plan together that suits your lifestyle and goal.

FAQ

DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

Not necessarily, although it would help to get the most out of the programme. You can still get great results with a home gym or a small amount of home workout equipment.

ARE MY PROGRAMME'S SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Preferably, having some training experience and basic knowledge of how to perform standard exercises is required.

HOW MANY HOURS PER WEEK WILL I NEED TO TRAIN?

Josh will customise the plan around your lifestyle and will work with you to make sure it suits you. The amount of training hours will depend on your goals and the length of time in which you want to achieve them.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW AN EXERCISE? ARE THERE VIDEO TUTORIALS?

You have access to the exercise library within your personalised coaching hub which includes both a video tutorial and a description of how to perform the exercise. You can also send a video recording of yourself performing the exercise to Josh, and he will evaluate it and give you feedback.

I STRUGGLE STICKING TO TRAINING AND DIET PLANS...

That’s most likely because they were unrealistic and unsustainable. Rest assured, the methods Josh uses to design customised plans are based on education and experience he has gained over the years from coaching. Josh will work closely with you to find both a training and diet plan that works for you and that are sustainable long term.

WILL I RECEIVE SET MEAL PLANS?

All meal plans are customised for you based around your goals, calorie requirements, lifestyle and likes. After receiving your initial client forms, Josh will decide what approach is best for you depending on your previous relationship and dieting experiences with food. Josh will educate you on a flexible and sustainable approach to nutrition.
